Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and intimate apparel are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

Once our workshop inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
